Responsible for finding new opportunities, creating new leads, meeting with potential clients, maintaining current customers, closing deals all while following up with presales team, PMO and collection units on ongoing deals.

Job Requirements

• Searches for potential opportunities in the assigned sector

• Sets meetings with potential and existing clients and presents company profile and solutions offered

• Researches brands used by potential clients before attending meeting to understand their needs

• Registers JRM within vendors list at potential clients’ lists to be called upon in case of tenders and pitches

• Sets technical meeting with presales team when requested by client or sets a time for a site survey

• Sends customer requirements to Presales engineer assigned to project, upon receiving official request from potential client

• Sends offer to potential client by e-mail or drops it off based on the client’s request and follows up

• Delivers client feedback to direct manager and acts upon the direct manager’s requests

• Discusses contract terms with client upon the approval of new project

• Informs collection unit of collection terms and follows up with them regularly

• Delivers signed contract to PMO

• Reads and studies company products and solutions

• Sends weekly progress report and weekly plan to direct manager

• Attends monthly meeting with Sales Manager to discuss new targets

• Follows up with existing clients regularly

• Handles current accounts/project disputes in coordination with the PMO department

• Meets company targets

• Is always up to date with new Market trends and technological advances and insights

• Researches new prospects in the market

 Creates financial offers for products assigned by the sales manager

 Regularly updates need assessment survey
